General terms and conditions of sale


Reservations are confirmed and guaranteed by a deposit equivalent to 40% of total price of the stay. These deposits become deposit not refundable from the 13th day before arrival.

Early Booking offers and special offers are valid subject to availability, can not be combined with other current offers and cancellation and bookings conditions are subject to change.



The Early Booking or promotional offer is valid according to availability, can not be combined, non-modifiable, non cancellable, non refundable and subject to full prepayment.

Payment for these bookings is lost in case of cancellation, whatever the cancellation request date.

The modification of the stay may be extended within 7 days of original arrival date and subject to availability.



In case of late cancellation (within 14 days of arrival), early departure or no show at the hotel, the entire stay will be due and will cancel the reservation. Perceived deposit is refunded in case of cancellation 14 days before arrival (except for noncancelable or non-refundable rate).

The late modification of a stay (within 14 days of arrival) may be refused or subject to additional charges.

Any request for modification or cancellation must be made in writing (email or letter) or performed on the online booking website and will be followed by a confirmation from the establishment or the booking site.

Settlement of disputes

In accordance with L 156-1 of the Consumer Code (French law), and in the event of a dispute relating to these terms and conditions, customers are informed by Les Terrasses du Bailli Hotel of the possibility of recourse to a conventional mediation procedure or to any alternative method of dispute settlement : MTV – MEDIATION TOURISME ET VOYAGE.

Guests should first contact customer services of the hotel to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. If no amicable settlement is reached within 60 days, guests can contact the Mediator for Travel and Tourism on the following website:
